Educational Qualification & Salary Details:

1. Deputy General Manager (Chief Technology Officer):  Candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/IT/Comp Science)/MCA with 15 yrs experience in Banking Operations.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 68,680 – 1,960/4 – 76,520

2. Deputy General Manager (Chief Financial Officer): Candidates must possess CA/MBA (Finance) with 15 yrs experience in Banking Operations & Finance.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 68,680 – 1,960/4 – 76,520

3. Deputy General Manager (Chief Risk Officer): Candidates must possess PG (Statistics/Economics)/MBA (Finance) with 15 yrs experience in Banking Operations.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 68,680 – 1,960/4 – 76,520

4. Deputy General Manager (Credit): Candidates must possess CA/ICWA PG (Statistics/Economics)/MBA (Finance) with 15 yrs experience in Banking Operations.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 68,680 – 1,960/4 – 76,520

5. Assistant General Manager (Law):  Candidates must possess LLB with 10 yrs experience as Law Officer and must be Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 59,170 – 1,650/2 – 62,470 – 1,800/2 – 66,070

6. Assistant General Manager (Industrial Relations):  Candidates must possess PG(HR/Personnel Management) with 10 yrs experience in HR Department.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 59,170 – 1,650/2 – 62,470 – 1,800/2 – 66,070

7. Chief Manager (Economic Research):  Candidates must possess PG(Economics) with 7 yrs experience as an Economist.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 50,030 – 1,460/4 – 55,870 – 1,650/2 – 59,170

8. Manager (Law): Candidates must possess LLB from a recognized University and must be Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
Pay Scale: Scale of Pay is Rs. 31,705 – 1,145/1 – 32,850 – 1,310/10 – 45,950

Fee: General Candidates have to pay fee of Rs. 700/- (for posts at Serial No: 1 to 7), Rs. 600/- (for Manager Law), SC/ST/PWD candidates have to pay fee of Rs. 150/- which must be deposited through online mode.

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on the performance in the Written Test/Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
